ANN: New ANTS Release

			   ANTS Version 2.0.3
			   ------------------

ANTS2.0.3 is brought to you by the University of Utah and the
University of Washington, as part of the DARPA Active Networks
program.  ANTS is the Active Network Transport System, a Java-based
execution environment for active network applications.  ANTS2.0.3 is a
maintenance release that brings it in line with the latest Janos Java
NodeOS release and includes some minor optimizations.

Important features that continue to be available in ANTS2 series:

	ABONE and DANTE support.

	Example applications.

	JDK1.1.x compatibility.  (Works with Kaffe, too.)

	A simple BSD-style license.
