Write a C program that solves quadratic equations, of the form

It should prompt the user for the values of *a*, *b*, and *c*, and should print
out one of three possible answers. For example, if *a* = 2, *b* = -3, and *c* =
-5, it should print out

There are two real roots: 2.5 and -1

If *a* = 2, *b* = -4, and *c* = 2, it should print out

There is a double real root: 1

If *a* = 1, *b* = 2, and *c* = 2, it should print out

There are two complex roots: -1 + 1i and -1 - 1i.
