The jnodeos provides java interfaces for a nodeos like environment using
just pure java, this should work pretty well for now.  Also, the jnodeos
can be configured to run on top of janosvm which contains native functions
that use the moab functions.  However, I don't think the current releases
of the oskit, moab, janosvm, and jnodeos will work together in this
fashion.
