To phrase it another way, you want to know how long an unknown capsule
will stay on a node before its code is downloaded and installed.  The
first few capsules (5 at the moment) will be stored on the node until the
code is loaded.  Any capsules after those will be discarded.  If you want
to look at some of the code that implements this its in
src/ants/core/UnknownMidPackets.java.
