Cut Teapot Geometric Design and Computation Running Man

The Geometric Design and Computation (GDC) research group in the School of Computing at the University of Utah has ongoing reseach projects in many areas of geometric design: computer graphics, modeling (geometric, simulation, and physically based), rendering (realistic and non-realistic), virtual prototyping, mechanical design, visualization, animation, telecollaboration, and human-computer interaction. This broad base of research interests allows the group to work in cross disciplinary areas. It also allows for research in areas such as software engineering and distributed computation models.
